Complete Support

$299/Month

One of the biggest things I wanted to bring into this business was ongoing, thoughtful support — because I know firsthand how valuable it is to have someone in your corner. This monthly plan is designed for business owners who don’t want to go it alone. Whether you need quick updates, design tweaks, content changes, or just someone to keep your site running smoothly, this plan gives you priority access to reliable, personalized support — so you can stay focused on what you do best.

  • At this time, monthly support plans are typically only available to past, current, or potential clients with whom we’ve already collaborated or spent time strategizing on their website. If you think you may be a good candidate for Monthly Support, please do not hesitate to reach out: projects@bluehavenstudio.com

    • Unlimited amount of text changes, update/changes with images, adding event dates, moving around content that's already on the website.


      • Includes a bi-yearly (1) hour meeting to go over changes or revisions that you want to make to improve the website overall - we would discuss what would be covered under the monthly plan, and what would be billable.


      • Discounted page builds if those are needed at $200 per page. ( DOES NOT INCLUDE creation of written text on the page. You can provide that, or pay an additional fee for us to create that for you)

    • Cancel anytime, we just need 30 days notice

    • Access to our client helpdesk where you can submit a ticket to us

Basic Support

$99/Month

This plan is perfect for business owners who need ongoing support without requiring constant changes. If you're comfortable with your website’s design and just need occasional updates, text changes, or minor image swaps — plus the peace of mind that comes with having support available — this is the plan for you. You’ll have a reliable monthly check-in and the flexibility to make updates as needed, all with a reduced hourly rate for any extra hours. You can always start on this plan, and then move up to Complete Support.

  • At this time, monthly support plans are typically only available to past, current, or potential clients with whom we’ve already collaborated or spent time strategizing on their website. If you think you may be a good candidate for Monthly Support, please do not hesitate to reach out: projects@bluehavenstudio.com

    • 1 hour a month for text changes, update/change images if needed, more basic website needs, but DOES NOT include additional page builds. Those are priced at $500 per additional page.


      • 1 hour meeting we would have once a year to discuss updates and see how everything is going with your website, and discuss anything you want about your website.


      • Reduced hourly rate if you need more hours ($75/hr)


      • Cancel anytime, we just need 30 days notice


      • Access to our client helpdesk where you can submit a ticket to us in your customer portal
